If you know what time you want to be picked up /dropped off and have a good idea of what you are doing in between then there should be no reason for not getting a precise quote subject to mileage and time not running over. For example: If your mission was to be around 9-10 hours and the distances you have given us add up to around 230 miles our quote will look like this : for up to 10 hours and 250 miles the price will be £££ . This will leave a little margin for error or change without having to worry about any extra cost to you.
Running on and running off time:
We are a few minutes away from central London where we cover a lot of tasks for our clients. We do not add any additional minutes/hours to your total bill if you are within easy reach from our base/Marble Arch W1. A lot of companies can add up to one hour each way to your bill even if it does not take that long to get to you. A four hour hire/use to you stays just that: FOUR hourstime!
Our drivers do a variety of jobs and come from various backgrounds so we do not have a stereotype of driver who can only do one type of job or other (corporate, Evening hire or driving a Royal). Our drivers can do a multitude of jobs and with our office support can assist you with most of your requirements.
Know the car you are getting: just to give you a little example there are currently two different series/shapes of the Mercedes Benz S class; the outgoing W220 series and the new W221 series (also known as the Baby Maybach). We have both. But when comparing prices and models this needs to be taken into consideration because if you want the latest models you will be very disappointed to have the older version turns up.
